Boiler Systems PLUS Operator Trainings
2 Days – 16 hours
BOILER SYSTEMS PLUS 1 – OPERATIONS, SAFETY, RELIABILITY, AND EFFICIENCY
This course is designed for boiler operators, maintenance personnel, and front line supervisory personnel.
The overall objective of this course is to make you more knowledgeable about what a boiler is, how it operates, and what ancillary equipment is required to support its operation. Additionally, the program stresses safety and the proper operating practices required to maximize efficient, safe, and reliable service of the equipment.
BOILER SYSTEMS PLUS 2 – THE NEXT LEVEL
This course is designed for experienced boiler operators, seasoned maintenance personnel, and front line supervisory staff who have previously taken the Boiler Systems PLUS 1 (Operations, Safety, Reliability, and Efficiency) course or have equivalent experience.
The overall objective of this course is to build upon prior knowledge while emphasizing energy conservation, emissions reduction, system reliability, and safety. This includes a more in-depth understanding of boilers and how they can be successfully applied to various processes while saving energy through retrofitable options and control updates. The program extends beyond the boiler room and includes key components of the steam distribution and recovery piping, focusing on optimizing energy efficiency and safety of the plant.
Hot Water System Symposium

This class is appropriate for Engineering Firms, Contractors, Boiler Operators, and Supervisory Personnel
The objective of this training is to increase the knowledge and understanding of what a hot water boiler is and how it operates, as well as the auxiliary equipment and what is required to support its operation. We will review the different pumping and hot water distribution system arrangements as well as bring together experienced industry professionals to discuss the other key components to your hot water system outside the boiler itself.
Steam System Symposium

This class is appropriate for Engineering Firms, Contractors, Boiler Operators, and Supervisory Personnel
The objective of this training is to increase the knowledge and understanding of what a steam boiler is and how it operates, as well as the auxiliary equipment and what is required to support its operation. We will review the equipment required to operate your steam system as well as opportunities to increase overall steam system efficiency.
